Articles of Association

The objectives of the Alumni Association shall be to foster a spirit of loyalty and to promote the general welfare of the institution. The Association exists to create a lifelong and worldwide community of alumni, while strengthening the ties between former students, current students, faculty, and the school itself.

Objectives

• ✔️ To maintain a mutually beneficial relationship between alumni and the institution.
• ✔️ To support the educational, professional, and personal development of alumni and students.
• ✔️ To organize reunions, mentorship programs, and networking opportunities.
• ✔️ To encourage alumni contributions for scholarships, infrastructure, and student welfare.

Membership

Membership in the Association shall be open to all graduates, former students, faculty, staff, and friends who support the objectives of the Association. The Board of Directors may define categories of membership, eligibility requirements, and dues. Membership is non-transferable and non-assignable.

Governance

The Association shall be governed by a Board of Directors elected from among its members. The Board will oversee activities, finances, events, and ensure the mission of the Association is upheld.

Dissolution

In the event of the dissolution of the Association, all remaining assets shall be distributed to a nonprofit organization with a similar mission, as determined by the Board of Directors.
